FEE STRUCTURE Redesign Fees: Initial Consultation: $50 per hour Redesign Assistance: $50 per hour One-room redesign package (4 to 5 hours): $250 Combination Rooms redesign package: (More than one room, 4 to 7 hours): $350 Full day of redesign services: (More than 2 rooms, 6 to 8 hours): $400
*If redesign package is booked the same day as the redesign consultation and implemented during the same month, half of the consultation price will be deducted from the package price.* Home Staging Fees: Consultations (includes a written assessment of property and recommendations for sellers) : Up to 2000 square feet: $125 2000 to 3000 square feet: $140 Over 3000 square feet: $175 Home Staging/Redesigning to Sell: (Initial consultation required.)
